Welcome to Multimix! Multimix is proudly developed and maintained by Pimwick, LLC. Your privacy is important to us, and we promise not to be weird about it. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it (spoiler alert: it's pretty reasonable).

• Personal Information: Multimix does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or address. We like you, but we don't need your life story.
• App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data about how you use Multimix (e.g., which features you use the most) to help improve the app.
• Music Data: With your permission, Multimix accesses your music library or streaming accounts to mix your music, but we do not store or share this data externally.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize your experience inside Multimix.
• To fix bugs, improve app performance, and make everything smoother than a good DJ transition.
• To understand usage trends and figure out which features bring you the most joy.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Full stop.

4. Third-Party Services

Multimix may integrate with third-party services like Apple Music, Spotify, or other streaming providers. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

5. Your Choices

• You can revoke Multimix's access to your music library or streaming services at any time through your device settings.
• If you delete Multimix, all local data is removed from your device.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to safeguard your data and ensure it stays private. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

7. Children's Privacy

Multimix is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

8. International Users & Data Transfers

If you are accessing Multimix from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred and processed in the U.S. By using Multimix, you consent to this transfer, subject to applicable laws.

9. GDPR (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• Request data portability.

• Opt out of the sale of your data (we don’t sell your data anyway).

11. Data Retention

We retain anonymized usage data only as long as necessary to improve our services. Music access permissions and local app data remain only on your device and are deleted if you uninstall the app.

When you share a mix, anonymous data related to that mix (such as track listings and album art) is stored temporarily on our servers to enable sharing functionality. This data is not tied to your personal identity and is automatically deleted after a short period of time once the sharing process is complete.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here. Significant changes will come with a friendly nudge (or maybe a push notification).
